• Book an appointment on HVAC.com via one of our primary communication channels (chat, appointment form, or call).
• Pay for and receive service on your HVAC system from a HVAC.com technician or one of our partner dealers.
• Submit a review about your visit using this survey link.

Once you have completed the steps, send an e-mail within fourteen (14) days of the completed service to servicerebate@hvac.com including the following in your e-mail:

• Full Name
• Street Address
• Phone Number
• Image of the itemized invoice from the dealer. The image should include all pages of the detailed invoice you received from the dealer at the time of service.

You will receive your digital gift card within 30 days after confirmation of your submission.
