Canada Shipping Policy:
Shipping to Canada is via FedEx International Economy. Customers requiring Expedited Shipping should contact Customer Support.
Shipments are delivered to the customer with all fees paid, including Customs Clearance Fees and any applicable duties.
Return shipping from Canada is deducted from the refund amount unless we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item.

Please do not return a product to us before reading the instructions below!
Before returning the product please contact our customer service department for the proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) forms and process. Any product missing an RMA authorization will not be processed by our returns department. Please inspect all orders promptly upon receipt to be sure you received the product ordered and that it is free from damage. Deliveries refused for reasons other than shipping damage will be handled the same as a return.
*Hassle Free Returns means you have up to 365 days to return new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unmodified items to us with no restocking fee. If you are returning a product because we made an error in your order, we will promptly send you the correct item at no additional cost, and we will pay for return shipping.
**Please inspect all orders promptly upon receipt to be sure you received the product ordered and that it is entirely free of damage. Please open and inspect all freight-bound equipment prior to signing the delivery receipt. By signing the delivery receipt you are declaring that you have received the product ordered and that it is free of damage. Damage noticed after signing the delivery receipt will be between you and the carrier and we will be unable to provide a refund. Deliveries refused for other than shipping damage will be handled the same as a return.If you receive an order that was damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it for you immediately at no charge as long as you contact our customer service team and inform us of the damages within 14 days of receiving your order. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we will be unable to issue a credit for the damaged product.
For orders where we did not make an error and the items arrived undamaged, only new, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, unmodified equipment and parts in original factory condition can be returned to us for a full refund minus the original shipping costs (minimum original shipping cost deduct is $9.00). All packing materials, manuals, and accessories must be included, unopened and unmodified. The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs. All freight-bound equipment must be returned via a freight carrier. Please call our customer service for acceptable freight carriers and more details.

Please insure and track any returned packages. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed credit, partial credit or refusal of the returned items. Once your return is received, we will inspect the items within 7 business days and notify you via email of the appropriate refund amount. HVAC.com. reserves the sole right to determine, at its discretion, the appropriate refund amount based on the condition of the item being returned. HVAC.com will be as fair as possible in determining variable refunds. If, though, the refund amount isn’t acceptable to you, you may notify us within 3 days of our email (as described above) and have the option to pay a shipping charge and have the item sent back to you. If you do not contact us within 3 days of our email, you agree to accept the refund amount that we offer.Once the appropriate refund amount is determined and accepted, our customer service team will process the refund amount back to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
