Fantech VHR 1405R - 142 CFM, Recirbulation Defrost, Low Voltage, Heat Recovery Ventilator 2200 - 3600 Sq. Ft.
DetailsThe Fantech VHR 1405R Heat Recovery Ventilator effectively ventilates your home by supplying fresh air and exhausting an equal amount of impure air. Its compact top port design allows installing the unit in small spaces. During winter, it heats up the incoming air by using the heat from exhaust air, thus saving energy costs. It also supplies pre-cooled air during summer, if your home is equipped with an air cooling system. The HRV uses a quiet internal recirculation defrost that prevents your home being depressurized during the defrost cycle. The defrost sequence is initiated automatically during winter. During this sequence, the exhaust blower stops running and the supply blower increases its speed for better defrost capability. The unit returns to normal operation after few minutes, and the cycle continues. It offers 142 CFM airflow capacity and can serve 2 to 5 bedroom homes.
