DetailsWith airflow rate up to 200 CFM, the Fantech VHR2004 can offer ventilation for homes that have up to 7 bedrooms. The automatic defrost mechanism of the HRV lets you use it throughout the year. The automatic defrost mechanism cycle is initiated when the temperature touches 23 F and lower. During this cycle, the supply of incoming air is stopped and the exhausting level is increased to achieve better defrosting. After few minutes, the unit returns to normal operation, and then the cycle continues. The HRV boasts of 3-speed control for adjusting the ventilation.
