Our system of scoring is developed by industry insiders and HVAC technicians. To score your quote, we look at several important parameters, including system fit with the home, critical infrastructure like electrical and plumbing, as well as supporting ductwork. Additionally, we review your quote for best practices related to warranties, workmanship, and payment terms. Based on this detailed analysis we compare the project against our industry pricing models to determine if your quote is a fair deal. And finally, we provide an overall score using three clear categories, “Green: Move forward with peace of mind”, “Yellow: Proceed with caution”, or “Red: Stop and reconsider” so that you can make an informed decision.
How long does it take to get my quote scored?
While we are able to score most quotes within 24-48 hours, high demand can cause delays. During those peak times, we are able to score quotes within 1-3 business days.
How does using QuoteScore help me?
First and foremost, QuoteScore will tell you if the price is fair. Additionally, we will list what our team considers to be “good”, “unclear”, and “bad” about the quote.
